Position Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating activities that support IFD’s contract customers across both operations and administrative functions. Key objectives include maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the development of new contract business opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Support
- Maintain strong customer relationships as a key measure of success in this role.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage all aspects of customer accounts, including tracking and communicating KPIs, identifying opportunities, and addressing service exceptions.
- Conduct regular customer reviews to ensure contract compliance for both the customer and IFD.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding IFD products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product issues and service concerns, including direct customer communication when necessary.
- Partner with the Sales Administration to evaluate and recommend promotions, programs, and new product opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
- Communicate regularly with Purchasing regarding changes or anticipated shifts in customer demand.
- Maintain a professional company image at all times, including workspace and personal presentation.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to support overall customer needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Identify and research new business and sales growth opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage the full business development cycle, from leads to prospects to customers.
- Assist in preparing pricing proposals for both prospective and existing customers, including contract renewals

Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general and technical documents, including financial reports and legal materials. Strong written communication skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and command of the English language.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage time, priorities, and resources to meet established goals and deadlines.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic math and numerical reasoning skills, including the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to identify problems, gather and analyze information, and develop sound conclusions.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard business technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, video conferencing tools, database systems, presentation software, and CRM applications.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
- Driver Requirements: A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, per company standards.
- Physical Demands: Ability to routinely climb stairs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
Working Conditions:
This position is performed primarily in a standard office environment with typical indoor working conditions. The position follows a regular Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with hours that may vary based on business needs and special projects. The role also requires regular travel to customer locations, typically averaging one day per week.
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and customer environments for extended periods of time. The employee must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel regularly to customer locations. The employee may occasionally be required to climb stairs, bend, reach, carry materials, and lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
Customer visits may occur in a variety of offices, warehouses, foodservice, institutional, healthcare, educational, correctional, or other commercial environments. The employee must be able to safely navigate these environments and adapt to varying site conditions.
