Job Title: Administrative Support - Sales Administration Department Reports To: Vice President of Sales & Marketing Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5pm. (Some flexibility; must be onsite 8 am - 4 pm) Rate: $15/hour. FLSA Status: Full time, non-exempt Responsible for performing a variety of data entry, reports, and office duties, within prescribed office procedures. in support of IFD’s Sales Administration department.
Responsibilities
Performs data entry, data retrieval, and data verification from a variety sources.
Assists in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports.
Creates and maintains filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
Computes, records, and proofreads data and other information, such as records or reports.
Responsible for running a variety of month-end and weekly reports, as assigned.
Maintains and updates quarterly hazardous material handbook, coupon tracking on e-InFoLink system and updating EDA information.
Contributes to team efforts by supporting initiatives as needed.
Maintains electronic contact records.
Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Work Relationships and Scope The Administrative Support will have regular interaction with the VP of Sales & Marketing, Sales Department personnel, Marketing Department personnel, Purchasing Department, suppliers and other office staff. All requirements are subject to change over time at the discretion of management.

Education Level Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school, technical and/or college course work related to the job duties and knowledge/skills required for the position. Clerical/administrative support work experience may substitute for required college or technical course work.

Working Conditions Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment. Includes working independently and as part of a team. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours. Casual attire. Please note: this position is located on the 3rd floor of a building that is not accessible by elevator or ramp.
