ServSafe training offers you the real-world knowledge and skills needed to keep every meal you serve as safe as possible. That includes the latest food safety science, operation and regulatory updates, how to control the most common foodborne illness risk factors, and more.

 MN CFPM Renewal Classes - 4 Hour Virtual Session
These sessions will be held virtually and qualify you for USDA Professional Standards training, Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (MN CFPM) renewal, and School Nutrition Association (SNA) renewal hours. USDA Code #2620 shows that it meets the Key Area 2 Operations Hours for Food Safety. These sessions will not renew your ServSafe Certificate.
