​IFD offers ServSafe Certification and Certified Food Protection Manager Re-certification classes. ServSafe training offers you the real-world knowledge and skills needed to keep every meal you serve as safe as possible. That includes the latest food safety science, operation and regulatory updates, how to control the most common foodborne illness risk factors, and more.

​MN Certified Food Protection Management Virtual Sessions

These sessions will be held virtually and qualify you for USDA Professional Standards training, Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (MN CFPM) renewal, and School Nutrition Association (SNA) renewal hours. Professional Standards Code 2620 Operations: General Food Safety. These sessions will not renew your ServSafe Certificate.

Class from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There will be a 45 minute lunch break (lunch not provided by IFD). Snack food and beverages are allowed during the class (not provided by IFD). The Exam will be at 4:00 PM (limited to two hours; exam time will end at 6:00 PM). A state-issued Photo ID is required to take the exam.
