Job Title: Freezer Restocker           
Reports to: Receiving Supervisor 
Shift/Hours: Full Time, Sunday through Friday 4 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or Done. 
​(Rotating day off when scheduled on Sunday)
Wage: $16.73/hour
Now offering an Attendance Incentive; earn an additional $3.17/hour

​Position Summary:  The Freezer Restocker is responsible for restocking the warehouse each day to ensure it is ready for the mid-shift.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: ​

• Meet IFD standards for speed and accuracy.
• Performance of safe work practices and proper equipment use; including the quality of pallets being built structurally, meeting guidelines for safe food handling, using proper lifting techniques, and operating equipment safely and correctly.
• Pallet mover and forklift pre-shift inspections
• Restock pick slots                                                                                                                   
• Rotate products
• Put away backhauls
  
• Maintain warehouse sanitation as outlined
• Have equipment and warehouse ready for mid-shift

Performance Measures:

• All product properly rotated
  
• All products received and put away during each shift
• All work is performed within safe work practices
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance in accordance with company policy

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Forklift certification, or willingness and ability to obtain
• Basic reading and math skills
• Lift 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in refrigerated 28 - 45° and freezer 0° temperatures
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, bend, twist, and climb during the course of the shift
• Ability to perform as a team player

Working Conditions:  Work is performed in the warehouse, coolers and freezers; temperatures may vary. Hard-toe footwear and temperature appropriate attire is required.
