Job Title: Mid-Shift Restocker - Freezer Reports to: Shipping Supervisor Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt Shift/Hours: Sunday through Friday (rotating day off), 1 p.m. – 9:30 p.m./Done. Wage: Starting wage is $18.37/hour, with any hours worked Sunday paid at time and a half. Now offering an Attendance Incentive for an additional $3.78/hour
Position Summary: This position is responsible for restocking the warehouse each day to ensure the warehouse is ready for order selection when the order selectors are scheduled to begin. Duties include training, letdowns, safety, and sanitation.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify shopping list and preform letdowns.
Ensure that all damaged product is removed from slots prior to the end of their shift, and that it is taken to the proper locations.
Restock good merchandise to the appropriate slot locations.
Responsible for receiving exception loads.
Perform sanitation functions as outlined.
Performance Measures:
The warehouse is restocked and ready for the shipping staff.
Responsible for the adherence to all safety methods and practices of all staff under their supervision.
Consistent effort of reducing and limiting damage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Computer skills
Forklift certification
Basic math and verbal skills
Complete knowledge of methods and systems relating to warehouse
Feedback skills
Ability to prioritize
Working Conditions: This person must be able to work in multiple temperatures such as coolers, and freezers. Hard-toe footwear and temperature appropriate attire are required.
Work Relationships and Scope: This person works with IFD inventory control person to assure accuracy with regards to damaged products and finding slots to products that are miss slotted. This position works directly with shipping supervisor in training mid-shift staff.
