    Access Roles Defined:
    Administrator:  Access to everything.
    Manager: Access to everything except restaurant settings. Can add employees but not managers & owners. Can be restricted to a subset of locations.
    Employee: Access to order guides and ordering only. Can be restricted to a subset of locations.
    Bookkeeper: Access to viewing and paying invoices. Access to reports. Access to ordering. Can be restricted to a subset of locations.
